Von Hart– Vice President of Housing Development
Von is a dedicated development expert specializing in affordable housing solutions. As Vice President of Housing Development at Hart Engineering, he brings extensive experience in project planning, site acquisition, and navigating complex permitting and expediting processes.
Having worked with Hart Engineering for several years, Von has built strong relationships with municipalities, community partners, and stakeholders, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion. His expertise in affordable housing, combined with a strategic approach to development, makes him a key driver of impactful, community-focused housing initiatives.
Harrison brings over six years of construction experience, including two years of supervisory leadership and two years in sales, along with a strong foundation in commercial construction management. Over the past several years, he has worked on large-scale commercial projects, developing expertise in project coordination, client relations, and on-site operations.
In 2023, Harrison earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Emory University, further enhancing his skills in project planning, execution, and team leadership. His blend of technical experience, management capability, and client engagement makes him a valuable contributor to the Hart Community Development Foundation’s mission of building stronger communities with Hart.
